My journey in the IT industry began back in my school years when I first developed a passion for technology and digital solutions. I gained my initial experience in project management during my first job at IQ Planet, where I learned the fundamentals of organizing workflows, coordinating teams, and achieving business goals.

Later, I transitioned into freelancing, focusing on web design, website development, and print media. Over time, as my projects expanded, I built a team and discovered that my true passion lay in management and business development. This realization led me to fully dedicate myself to IT project management and Agile methodologies.

With over 10 years of experience, I have worked with a diverse range of companies. My most significant growth came from my time at "Raxkor", where I honed my expertise in leading projects, implementing Agile & Scrum frameworks, and optimizing business processes. Following that, I contributed to various projects, including my recent experience at the large-scale startup Emery English, where I played a key role in strategic development and project execution.

As a certified Agile & Scrum specialist, I integrate modern project management methodologies to ensure efficiency, flexibility, and success in every project I undertake.
